If you already have a design — or bought a material package — our installation crew builds it straight, level, and to code. We install decks the way we'd build them for our own homes: proper footings below frost, correct joist spacing, and fasteners that won't back out.
Our installation service covers site prep, footings, framing, decking boards, railings, and stairs. We follow the designer's or manufacturer's specs exactly, and we'll flag anything in the plan that won't perform before we build it.
We do. If you've purchased a material package, we'll install it to manufacturer specifications so your warranty stays intact. We can also supply materials at competitive pricing if you'd prefer a single point of contact.
We book one project at a time per crew, so your build isn't paused to finish someone else's. You'll get a start date and a realistic completion estimate before we break ground.

A typical 200–400 sq ft deck is installed in three to five working days, weather permitting. Larger or multi-level builds take longer.
Yes. Demolition and disposal of an existing structure is included in most installation quotes, with the old material hauled away and recycled where possible.
We warranty our workmanship for two years against defects in construction. Material warranties are passed through from the manufacturer.
