We walk your yard, listen to how you want to use the space, and give you a clear written estimate. No high-pressure sales, no vague numbers — just a realistic plan and price.

Design & material selection
We help you choose the right material for Durham's freeze-thaw climate — cedar, pressure-treated, or low-maintenance composite — and finalize a design that fits your home and budget.

Permits & scheduling
We handle permit drawings and submissions with your local building department where required, then lock in a build date so you're not left waiting.

Clean, careful build
Our crew builds to code with proper footings, flashing, and hidden fasteners. We protect your yard and leave it cleaner than we found it.
